BBQ Roast Meats Hot Tip

Always seal your roast meat tray with foil.

Because your BBQ is probably not airtight the roast will take longer than oven instructions and tend to be drier.

If you seal in the roast, the juices will stay in the roasting pan and keep the meat moist!

Take the foil off for the last 1/3 of the cooking time.
